Ticket Delivery Process
Voucher Delivery

Once your booking is successfully processed and payment is confirmed, a voucher for your Alcazar Show Pattaya tickets will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp number provided during checkout. This voucher serves as your entry ticket to the show.

Electronic Voucher Delivery (E-Ticket)

  • Email Delivery: Your voucher will be sent as an email attachment, which you can print or show on your mobile device when entering the venue.
  • WhatsApp Delivery: If you provided a WhatsApp number, we will also send your voucher via WhatsApp for your convenience.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Vouchers are usually delivered within minutes after successful payment confirmation. However, processing may take up to 1 hour.
  • Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the voucher email.

Order Confirmation

After your booking is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including a summary of your booking information.

Important Information

  • No Physical Delivery: We only provide electronic tickets. No physical tickets will be mailed.
  • Customer Responsibility: Please ensure the accuracy of your contact details, including email and WhatsApp number, to receive your voucher promptly.
